1. Order Status & Processing

ORDER POLICY All orders are processed between 8am and 5pm EST. Weekends and holidays are excluded. Orders placed before 2 PM EST, Monday – Friday, typically ship same day. Items ordered together may ship separately, unless requested otherwise. Shipping prices, methods, policies, times and availability are not guaranteed and are subject to change at any time without notice. CANCELLATION POLICY TwoTrees 3D Store fills most orders the day they are placed. Once an order is accepted, there is no guarantee an order may be cancelled. Any order that is not able to be cancelled must be accepted upon delivery and authorized for return following the policy listed below. Please also refer to “Refused Shipment Policy.”

GENERAL DELIVERY POLICY
By use of this site, customers authorize the carrier to leave a package at the destination delivery address without obtaining a signature if the carrier driver deems the location to be safe. Customers who are not able to locate a package that is claimed as delivered must follow the instructions for filing a claim listed below under the heading “Incorrect Delivery and Lost Package Claims.”
EXPEDITED SHIPPING POLICY
Overnight Delivery and Two-Day Delivery items will be shipped by the requested method of delivery after your order has been processed. In-stock items should ship within 24 hours of order placement. Oversized items can only be shipped standard ground.
INCLEMENT WEATHER
TwoTrees 3D Store adheres to the shipping polices of its carriers. Inclement weather may result in delivery delays. You may track the status of your package on the Order Status page.
REROUTING AN ORDER
United States: You may request to reroute your order after your package has been shipped. To request a reroute of your package, please contact a customer service representative as soon as possible. We will contact your shipping carrier on your behalf. You will be charged the re-routing fee if re-routing is possible.
REFUSED SHIPMENTS
A refused shipment occurs when the customer refuses to accept the package during a delivery attempt. Customers who refuse delivery in place of contacting TwoTrees 3D Store to obtain proper return instructions may be assessed a fee to cover return shipping and labor charges. This cost will be passed along to the customer in the form of a deduction from the total refund due to the customer. In addition, refused shipments may be considered an unauthorized return and subject to the policies thereof.

We want you to be happy with your purchase, and we apologize if it is not. For whatever reason that you are not satisfied, we would be most happy to provide exchanges and returns for all items purchased from us if the following conditions are met :

  • All items must be in their original packaging with product tags intact
  • All items must be unworn, unused, unwashed and in its original condition
  • Originals receipts would need to be included

If none of the above conditions are met, we regret to inform that we are unable to process any claims for exchanges or refund regardless that the items have been mailed back to us.

NOTE:
If the return is caused by the consumer, the consumer should be responsible for the shipping fee. The specific fee should be based on the express company you choose.
If due to our reasons, the goods received are damaged or not correct, and the consumer is not required to bear the shipping fee for this reason.

1. Cancel order:

1. Undelivered: In the case of submitting a refund, the customer service staff will contact you via email within 48 hours. If no customer feedback is received within 48 hours, the default agreement is to keep the order;

2. Shipped: Cancellation of the order is not supported. If the customer insists on returning the product due to subjective reasons, the return process must be followed;

3. Return: If the product or packaging has been unpacked or has traces of use, the return and refund will not be agreed by default;

If you receive a product with any quality issue, please contact our customer service within 3 days after receiving the product, and provide photos

If you want to return the product, it must be unused, with packaging intact, and you must contact our customer service within 7 days after receiving

the product, and provide the order number to assist us in processing your request. The return shipping fee is borne by the buyer.


If you want to exchange the product, it must be unused, with packaging intact, and you must contact our customer service within 7 days after

receiving the product, and provide the order number and the name of the product you want to exchange for, to assist us in processing your request.

The exchange shipping fee is borne by the buyer.



We will process the refund or exchange for you after receiving your request and confirming that the product meets our return and exchange policy.

3. Refund Policy:

If your return meets our return and exchange policy, we will process the refund for you after receiving and checking the product.

The refund will be processed through the original payment method. If the original payment method cannot be refunded, we will use another method.

The refund will be processed within 3-5 working days after confirming that the return meets our policy and receiving the return.

Please note that the refund time may vary due to bank processing time and other reasons.

4. Special Cases:

If you receive a damaged product, please contact our customer service within 24 hours and provide photos and order number to assist us in processing your request.

If the product you receive is not the same as the one you ordered, please contact our customer service within 24 hours and provide photos and order number to assist us in processing your request.

For the above situations, we will provide you with replacement or refund services.
